Nonwoven Film Lamination Service
Contract Service — Partner ProcessingMedical, hygiene & industrial laminates — any nonwoven substrate + PE/PP film, up to 3.2 m wide.
We laminate virtually any nonwoven base — our own spunlace, spunbond, needle-punched or customer-supplied rolls — into fluid-resistant, waterproof or reinforced materials. Depending on your end use, we run hot-melt adhesive bonding (micro-dot application that keeps the fabric soft and breathable) or extrusion coating for maximum barrier. Processing takes place at our trusted partner facility, managed end-to-end and quality-controlled by SunLuner.

Managed End-to-End by SunLuner
From substrate selection to delivery, one team owns your program.
Substrate Matching
We select the base — our spunlace, spunbond, needle-punched, or your own rolls — matched to your end product and barrier requirement.
Hot-melt Bonding
PUR/EVA hot-melt applied in a micro-dot pattern, then heat-bonded at controlled temperature and pressure up to 3.2 m wide. Extrusion coating on request.
Slitting & Rewinding
Custom widths and roll lengths with clean, consistent edges and controlled tension.
QC & Shipping
SunLuner inspects every batch — peel strength per ASTM D903, barrier check, batch records — then export packs.
Contract Processing, One Point of Contact
Film lamination runs at our trusted partner facility — not on our in-house nonwoven lines. Here is what that means for you:
Independent & Flexible
Any substrate — spunlace, spunbond, needle-punched or customer-supplied — matched to the right partner line per project. No one-size-fits-all.
One Supplier, One Invoice
SunLuner manages substrate supply, partner scheduling, QC and export — the partner facility never appears on your timeline or invoice.
Quality Controlled
Every batch inspected by SunLuner before shipping, with barrier and peel-strength records kept for traceability.
