About SunLuner

SunLuner Nonwovens was established with a clear mission: to deliver spunlace fabrics that meet the exacting standards of international brands. Starting with our first ANDRITZ semi-cross laced production line in 2018, we have systematically expanded our capabilities to cover the full spectrum of spunlace manufacturing.

Today, with five production lines covering semi-cross laced, direct-laid, and wet-laid processes — including a flushable-grade line installed in 2026 — we produce over 5,100 MT per month at working widths up to 330 cm. Our four product series - Eco-Pure, Pro-Clean, Color-Tech, and Safe-Guard - represent distinct engineering solutions for specific end-use applications.

We believe in the power of specialization. Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, we focus exclusively on spunlace technology, continuously refining our processes, expanding our pattern library, and developing new functional treatments.

SunLuner also operates through an affiliated company, Hangzhou H.D.L. New Material Co., Ltd., under the same ownership — expanding our production capacity and quality assurance capabilities to serve growing global demand.
