Core Technology

Inline Functional Treatment (Online Infusion)

Unlike conventional offline coating, our inline infusion technology applies functional chemicals — anti-static, hydrophobic, and anti-microbial treatments — directly during the hydroentanglement process. This ensures uniform active-ingredient distribution across the entire fabric surface and eliminates redundant logistics.

By integrating fiber carding, spunlacing, and functional infusion into a single-pass production line, we reduce energy consumption and labor costs — delivering European-standard quality at direct-factory pricing.

Cost-Effective Manufacturing

Single-pass integrated production means lower energy usage, fewer processing steps, and reduced handling costs — savings we pass directly to our customers.

Available Functional Treatments

Anti-Static Treatment

Reduces surface resistivity for electronics and cleanroom wiping applications. Prevents dust attraction and static discharge.

Hydrophobic Treatment

Water-repellent surface modification for packaging and barrier applications. Maintains breathability while repelling liquids.

Anti-Microbial Treatment

Silver-ion or zinc-based antimicrobial agents embedded during hydroentanglement for long-lasting bacterial inhibition.

Inline vs. Offline Coating

Inline infusion offers superior uniformity, lower chemical migration, and significant cost savings by eliminating secondary processing steps. The treatment becomes an integral part of the fabric structure rather than a surface coating that can wear off.
