Hydroentanglement
The core of spunlace technology
High-pressure water jets entangle fibers to create a strong, uniform fabric without chemical binders. This is the defining step that gives spunlace its superior softness and strength.

Drying & Thermal Bonding
Precision moisture and bonding control
After hydroentanglement, the fabric passes through cylinder dryers that remove moisture and set the final fabric properties. Temperature and residence time are tightly controlled to achieve target bulk, hand-feel, and dimensional stability.

Metal Detection & Quality Assurance
